The reserving party agrees to abide by any mandates, capacity restrictions, and rules enforced by Lost & Found pertaining to the overall health and safety of guests. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and willing to show a valid ID if necessary. The reserving party agrees to indemnify and hold Lost & Found along with their successors, assigns, employees, owners, investors, managers, and affiliates harmless from any damages that may result from Lost & Found failing to open on the event date. By signing this agreement, Lost & Found agrees to use all reasonable efforts to be open on the date of the event. However, should some circumstance occur which would make it commercially unreasonable to open, Lost & Found reserves the right to cancel the reservation in its sole judgment. Should Lost & Found ail to open on the date of the event, any deposit amount or fee delivered to Lost & Found will be returned to the reserving party within a reasonable time period.
